The Samsung X820 comes in a classic shape casing which has a super slim design. The X820 is extremely thin which only measures 113 x 50 x 6.9 mm & weighs 66 grams. The handset is thin & feather light which makes it easy for the user to carry with them at all times. The X820 comes with a clearly defined keypad & easy to control navigation tool which is located on the front of the handset. The battery will provide the user with two & a half hours worth of talk time & up to two hundred & twenty hours of standby time. The Samsung X820 comes with 80 Mbytes of shared internal memory.

The phone comes with a clear TFT screen which provides 256k colours & a screen resolution of 220 x 176 pixels. The user can search through the colourful menus which are displayed on the screen.
