Samsung L600 Review

The L600 is a highly capable fashion conscious mobile phone which oozes glamour. The phone comes in a beautiful violet coloured casing which will catch potential user’s eye. The casing is solid & comes with a sleek slide opening mechanism. The Samsung L600 comes in a 97.5mm by 44mm by 16.5mm sized casing which only weighs 84 grams. The size & weight of the L600 allows the user to use & carry this handset easily. In the closed position the handset is smooth looking with its violet coloured casing complete with chrome effect edging. The phone comes with touch sensitive keys which are situated below the colour screen. The screen provides the user with a high colour display which has a screen resolution of 176 pixels by 220 pixels. The user can use the smooth slide opening mechanism to access the phones keypad which comes with a smooth finish & embedded well spaced out keys.

The Samsung L600 is a tri band phone which will work in Europe & in most of the US, but the network service is dependent on the user’s network operator. The phone comes with an expandable memory slot which allows the user to expand their phones 15 Mbytes of internal memory by adding a memory card for further storage.

The user can send, receive & forward messages which can be either a text message or multimedia message. The user can communicate with other compatible messaging users quickly & easily using either the text SMS service or the multimedia MMS service. The MMS service allows the user to share their photo complete with text & sound to all MMS compatible users, which provided a lively & fun messaging experience. The SMS service allows the user to share text & symbols with others. The user can access their sent & received messages from the messaging menu. The L600 comes with an email service which allows the user to retrieve their emails when they are out of the office or away from their computer. The user can access the World Wide Web from their mobile phone as the phone has a XHTML WAP web browser waiting to be explored by the user. The Samsung L600 has more fun for the user to enjoy with its preloaded Java™ games which provide a fast gaming experience. The user can take a call over the phone speakers, which leaves the user handsfree to get on with other jobs whilst resting their handset on their desk or table.
